1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

- •"You," "Your," "Participant" refers to any individual who enrolls in, attends, or inquires about our educational programs.
- •"Programs," "Services" refers to all financial education programs, workshops, and consultation sessions offered by Capital Minds.
- •"Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions, along with any program-specific enrollment documentation.
- •"Materials" refers to handbooks, guides, frameworks, and other educational resources provided during programs.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any Capital Minds program, submitting an inquiry through our website, or attending our sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not enroll in or attend our programs.
You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in our programs. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under Malaysian law.
3. Program Description and Scope
Capital Minds offers structured financial education programs designed to build practical knowledge in specific areas of financial understanding. Our current programs include Financial Statement Literacy, Tax Navigation Workshop, and Asset Distribution Strategy.
Each program consists of scheduled learning sessions, guided exercises, reference materials, and in some cases, individual consultation periods. Program duration, session length, and specific content are detailed in program descriptions available on our website and in enrollment materials.
Our programs provide education on financial concepts and processes. We do not provide personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional financial planning services. Participants are responsible for determining how to apply knowledge gained to their individual circumstances.
4. Enrollment and Payment Terms
4.1 Enrollment Process
Enrollment in our programs occurs through submission of an enrollment form and payment of the applicable program fee. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and our issuance of written confirmation to your provided email address.
4.2 Program Fees
Program fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include all sessions, materials, and consultation time specified in the program description. Fees must be paid in full prior to the first session unless alternative payment arrangements have been explicitly agreed in writing.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified during the enrollment process. Payment confirmation should be retained for your records.
4.4 Cancellation and Refund Policy
Participants may cancel their enrollment under the following conditions:
- •Cancellations received more than 14 days before the first session: Full refund minus administrative fee of RM 200
- •Cancellations received 7-14 days before the first session: 50% refund
- •Cancellations received less than 7 days before the first session: No refund
- •Cancellations after the first session has occurred: No refund
Capital Minds reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future program session.
5. Participant Responsibilities
5.1 Attendance
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Programs are structured as sequential learning experiences, and missing sessions may affect your ability to fully benefit from subsequent content. We do not provide refunds or credits for missed sessions.
5.2 Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain respectful, professional conduct during all sessions. This includes:
- •Arriving on time for scheduled sessions
- •Treating instructors and fellow participants with courtesy
- •Maintaining confidentiality regarding other participants' personal information shared during sessions
- •Avoiding disruptive behavior that interferes with the learning environment
Capital Minds reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these conduct expectations, without refund.
5.3 Application of Knowledge
Participants are solely responsible for determining how to apply knowledge gained from our programs to their individual financial circumstances. We encourage participants to consult with qualified financial professionals when making significant financial decisions.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials provided during our programs, including handbooks, guides, frameworks, presentations, and other educational content, are the intellectual property of Capital Minds and are protected by Malaysian copyright law.
Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials for personal reference purposes only. Participants may not:
- •Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display program materials
- •Use materials for commercial purposes or in connection with any business activity
- •Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from program materials
- •Share materials with individuals who have not enrolled in the program
7. Disclaimers and Limitations
7.1 Educational Nature
Capital Minds provides financial education programs, not financial advisory services. Our programs are designed to build knowledge and understanding, not to provide personalized financial advice or recommendations tailored to individual circumstances.
7.2 No Guarantees
While we strive to provide accurate, current information through our programs, we make no representations or warranties regarding specific outcomes or results from applying knowledge gained. Financial situations vary significantly between individuals, and we cannot predict how concepts taught will apply to any particular circumstance.
7.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Malaysian law, Capital Minds, its instructors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- •Participation in or inability to participate in our programs
- •Financial decisions made based on knowledge gained from programs
- •Errors or omissions in program content or materials
- •Any other matter relating to our educational services
In any event, our total liability to you shall not exceed the program fee you have paid.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
Information shared during individual consultation sessions is treated as confidential. We maintain appropriate security measures to protect participant information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

10. Modifications to Terms

Continued participation in programs after terms have been modified constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. General Provisions
11.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific enrollment documentation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Capital Minds regarding your participation in our programs.
11.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under Malaysian law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
11.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged in writing by Capital Minds.
